What is Serve Sheboygan?

Serve Sheboygan is a city-wide opportunity for us to be the hands and feet of Jesus in our community. Throughout September and October, we’ll come together to meet practical needs, build meaningful relationships, and share the hope of Christ with our neighbors in tangible ways.

Whether you're donating supplies, serving at an event, inviting a friend, or simply showing up, there’s a place for everyone to be part of what God is doing in Sheboygan.

Why are we doing this?

At Crossroads, we believe church is more than a place we attend, it's the people we become. Serve Sheboygan is one way we put our faith into action by loving our city, serving our neighbors, and creating real opportunities for people to experience the hope of Jesus.

Want to be more involved? Join us for an informational meeting where you'll learn how you can help make Serve Sheboygan happen. Think of it like a local mission trip - right here in our own city. We'll share the vision, answer questions, and help you find your place on the team.

GIVE GENEROUSLY
SEPTEMBER 13-17 | WINTER SUPPLY DRIVE

As the weather gets colder, many families in our community face difficult choices. Together, we can help lighten the load.

During our Winter Supply Drive, we'll collect essential cold-weather items and supplies that will later be distributed to community members who need them most. Grab a tag, shop for requested items, or make a donation and we'll do the shopping for you. Every gift helps make a difference.

LOVE OUR COMMUNITY
OCTOBER 3 | COMMUNITY CARE NIGHT

This special evening is all about serving our neighbors with dignity, kindness, and practical support.

Community members will be invited to enjoy:

  • A free community dinner
  • A winter supply store
  • Free haircuts
  • Additional helpful services and resources

We’ll need plenty of volunteers to help welcome guests, serve meals, stock the supply store, and create a warm, encouraging environment for everyone who attends.

WORSHIP TOGETHER
OCTOBER 4 | OUTDOOR WORSHIP SERVICE AT FOUNTAIN PARK

We'll gather in the heart of downtown for a special outdoor worship experience featuring live worship, a message of hope, and an opportunity to connect with our community.

Bring a lawn chair, invite a friend, and join us as we celebrate what God is doing in Sheboygan. Everyone is welcome.

SHARE A MEAL
OCTOBER 4 | COMMUNITY LUNCH

Immediately following the outdoor service, we will have the opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus by serving a free community lunch to anyone that needs it. It's a simple way to serve others, gather around the table, build relationships, and enjoy time together.

We'll also need volunteers to help prepare, serve, set up, and clean up.

How you can help:

Join the team and help create welcoming, impactful experiences throughout the weekend.

Bring a friend, neighbor, coworker, or family member. Sometimes the simplest invitation can make the biggest difference.
